My story

After one year of OMAD,

I got down to 5% bodyfat. 

About 2 pounds of fat loss per week.

First week was a challenge. Then I got used to it.

I didn't have to eat any special food or take any supplements. 

I didn't have to increase my execise levels. 

I learned the emotional reasons for my weight gain.

I addressed those needs without food.

I have remained at 5% body fat for several years,

 I still eat anything I want.
